Smells like coco
While the conditioner was cooling down, I washed my hair with As I am Coconut Cowash. Then I added the conditioner to my hair. I do not recommend using a comb to spread the product through, applied my disposable plastic cap and kept it on my hair for 45 minutes. Rinsed hair until the water was clear. After rinsing Condish out curls were defined, soft to the touch, and shiny. However, I felt that I needed to add something to my hair so that I could finger-comb my hair. Final Thoughts:
The Deep Conditioner has great natural ingredients and does increase the sheen and curl definition that lasts several days. However, it did not improve the manageability and slip, at least not when using water. My overall thoughts on the product are that it is a pretty good deep conditioner and does leave your hair very curly and shiny, but it does not have enough slip to allow for finger combing. Next time, I try the product, I will use a few recipes such as adding olive oil and coconut milk to enhance its effects.
